Flash isn’t a product with a future
As Steve Jobs said at D8. “If we succeed, they’ll buy them! If we don’t, we won’t sell any. And I have to say, people seem to be liking the iPad!” This reference to a conversation involving flash on the iPhone and iPad. Apple is a company which is known for it’s axing of popular pieces such as the 3 1/2 floppy, the serial and parallel ports and the optical drives. Next up is Flash. Personally I support their effort and I think HTML 5 and CSS3 has the future. What do you think?

HTML/CSS will be a good replacement as soon as someone writes an easy to use IDE (timeline, asset management) for non-programmers. Until then, Flash might be hard to kill.
